All services offered under the ZABConnect brand are provided by HodoLabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
ZABConnect is a product brand and not a separate legal entity.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Nature of Services

ZABConnect provides facilitation and coordination services for NRIs.
We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Service Requests

Submission of a service request does not guarantee acceptance. Services are subject to internal review and feasibility.

6. Fees and Payments

Fees are communicated in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with applicable laws.

8. Verification

Identity verification may be required. Aadhaar is never mandatory.

9. Third-Party Dependencies

We are not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by third-party institutions or authorities.

10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Approvals, timelines, and results depend on external factors and are not guaranteed.

11. Intellectual Property

All content and branding related to ZABConnect are owned by HodoLabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations, legal requirements, or security reasons.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
